Hold a Locals Only NFT in the wallet Oracle reads and eligible swaps carry zero Oracle fees, including the Hyperliquid builder fee. No claim, no dashboard, no toggle. The NFT changes the fee and nothing else: Oracle is public for everyone.
Run your own instance. The public package is free to install. In a self-hosted setup, Oracle orchestration runs on your machine while providers and chains remain external services. The routed fee applies only when your agent uses an Oracle fee-bearing route.
